To an extent.But even pure cocaine now adays have some sh.it added to it,parasites or other sh.it especially if you get it right sour the streets.Id prefer opium instead if you can get ahold of it,but if you can dont do ether.As for morphine i dont even know were the hell it comes from. i think they are natural but they would never be used as medication without further studies to see if the benefits outway the risks. When used correctly it is a good intuitive medicine, just resembling litches.
